- When the main page will be loaded, you will see a login portal where you have to enter username & password to patient portal login access.
- If you are not enrolled yet then you have to press button “I am new here” and by agreeing all given terms & conditions, click on the button “Enrollment token received” to proceed ahead.
- On the next step, you have to enter here enrollment token, DOB, email ID and go next for completion of enrollment procedure by following screen guidelines.
